Martin, a self confessed beer nerd takes his lifelong friend Dan on a beer-curious journey from mass produced lager and in to the wonderful world of craft beer. Each episode Martin will choose an increasingly more complex beer to test Dan’s taste buds and take him one step further away from his standard lager of preference If Martin succeeds in serving up a brew that tickles the taste buds of enjoyment then we will exclaim together ”The Lager’s Off!”

Right, settle in with a cold one because this week it's a solo mission through the absolute fever dream that is a Scottish caravan holiday. It's hot as balls, the kids have gone feral, and somehow a pedal boat nearly claims a life.
We're recounting the full holiday saga — from an overzealous lifeguard who's clearly watched too much Baywatch, to a genuinely heroic belly flop into Goose Island that nobody asked for. There's Lego, there's a swimming pool full of Scottish children behaving like it's the Wild West, and a very important debate about whether anyone actually wants to see their neighbours half naked in a hot tub (spoiler: no).
Along the way we're necking Soutzilla from Unbarred Brewery, going deep on whether the can art lives up to the name, and somehow ending up on a tangent about Ozark, Arrested Development, and what it actually takes to survive as a contestant on Survivor. Cold water swimming gets a mention too, because apparently we're all about "survival skills" this episode, in the loosest possible sense.
